The update is around 2.9 GB with OxygenOS 11 on top, they have developed their own android 11 version this time around and it's like stock oneUI when Stock android and OneUI fused we got OxygenOS 11.
OnePlus 7T & 7T Pro receiving stable OxygenOS 11 update with Android 11 OS & February security patch.
OnePlus 7 & OnePlus 7 Pro OxygenOS 11 (Android 11) stable update is finally rolling out according to few users, still, we don't know yet as there were some hiccups here and there, as it will be stagged rollout probably. Patience is the key.

Conclusion: March 2021 android 11 OTA for Xiaomi they do provide updates based on MIUI but users outside China aren't happy with the updates provided from Xiaomi as it's buggy and has ram management issues and feels sluggish at times even in higher-end devices because of the bloatware and animations.

Conclusion: March 2021 android 11 OTA for Other OEM's We can see iQOO a part of the Vivo brand get OriginOS that is a big thing as its iOS version of android.
Sony giving android 11 to Xperia 5 II I think they should bring value then they can at least sell them and improve in the updates as they are good.
Asus have been slacking a bit ever since the pandemic they haven't launch any devices except the ROG series, Recently they released ZenFone 7 & 7 Pro Android 11 update but their update game is still lacking behind.
