Our Verdict : Should you upgrade?

The possible answer is, yes you can update this update as we don’t see any major problems as before, Oneplus owners have been quite disappointed this year with buggy software & issues with updates on Oneplus devices, this update definitely fixes some core issues, but as few user reported it also introduced new bugs along with it.

Good thing, it has reduced some of the heating issues users faced, still some of the heating issue exist when using camera or playing games, but before idle usage also it was heating, now this is fixed.

Main issue is “battery drain” users have reported, that the phone is eating up lot more battery then before and needs to be fixed as soon as possible
