OnePlus are on a roll with the software updates as the latest OnePlus Nord CE 5G update has hit the ground running in India and other regions with camera improvements and other fixes.

The latest software update of OnePlus, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G update comes in the form of Oxygen OS 11.0.4.4 which has brought a whole lot of camera fixes and improvements along with some other features.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G was officially released with an Android 11 out-of-the-box on June 10th, 2021. It received its first software update last month after a week of its release with Oxygen OS 11.0.2.2.

Now, it has received its second software update with the latest OnePlus Nord CE 5G update with Oxygen OS 11.0.4.4.

It is receiving software updates because it is already operating on the latest Android 11 OS, hence it makes it directly eligible for the upcoming Android 12 update.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G comes in three variants, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB. It comes with a 6.43-inch Color Fluid AMOLED screen with a punch hole notch. It consists of a 64MP+8MP+2MP triple rear camera and a 16MP front camera. It has a 2.2 GHz Octa-Core processor with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset. The available RAM and the storage space are as per the variants. It comes with a battery size of 4500 mAh and an Android 11 out-of-the-box.

How long will it get updates?

As mentioned above, these are the Software updates for OnePlus Nord CE 5G and not the major/stable OS updates as it has an Android 11 OS already.

Therefore, Android 12 will be the first major OS update on this device and it is also eligible to be on the Android 13 update list as well.
