After releasing the Android 11 Update for OnePlus Nord N10 5G, not more than a week ago, OnePlus has now officially rolled out the OxygenOS 11 for the Nord N10 5G.

The latest Software update for OnePlus Nord N10 5G with OxygenOS 11 has been released globally with different builds for European Union (EU), Turkey (TR) and North America (NA) (Global) regions.

The OnePlus Nord N10 5G OxygenOS update has brought a lot of UI changes, camera improvements, different new features and an updated June 2021 Android Security Patch with OxygenOS 11.

  • Newly added Gaming Tools box for convenient switches of Pro Gaming Mode. You can now choose three ways of notifications: text-only, heads up and block just for your immersive gaming experience.
  • Newly added quick reply feature in a small window for WhatsApp and INS (Enable it by swiping down from upper right/left corners of the screen in gaming mode).
  • Newly added mis-touch prevention feature. Enable it, swipe down from the top of the screen, click and the notification bar will pop out.
• Dark Mode
  • Added a shortcut for Dark Mode, you can pull down the Quick Settings panel and find it.
  • Supported automatically enable by time range (path: Settings – Display – Dark Mode – Turn on automatically – Automatically enable from sunset to sunrise / Custom time range).

The changelog is as per the official OnePlus Nord N10 5G OxygenOS update post. The statement about the update release type was, “As always, this OTA will be incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users today, and we’ll begin a broader rollout in a few days”.

How long will it get updates?

The OnePlus Nord N10 has received one major OS update and it should be the last major OS update on this device as per OnePlus. So, it makes it Ineligible for the upcoming Android 12 update.

It may also be concluded that the Android 12 update should be the last major OS update on this device, but after the merger of OnePlus & Oppo, it has promised to give 3 years of security patches for the device.
