Oneplus Nord N20: OxygenOS 11 with A.06 Build

Oneplus Nord N20 Software Update:

OnePlus has rolled out the incremental update of the OnePlus Nord N20 update for the North American region. The latest software update comes with the build number CPH2459_11_A.06​ which doesn’t bring any major or significant changes this time.

OnePlus Nord N20 released on 28 April 2022 with Android 11 out-of-the-box.

Note: The update is randomly pushed to a limited number of users today to ensure there are no critical bugs and also to ensure the stability of this update. If no critical bugs are found, they will be rolled out to all the users within a few days.

Opinion: It’s disappointing to see OnePlus release their mid-range device with an outdated version of Android 11, rather than releasing OxygenOS 12 and Android 12. This is a recently launched device, but users have to wait for the Android 12 upgrade, whereas Pixel users are taking advantage of the Android 13 developer preview.

How long did OnePlus take for the major OS updates?

OnePlus is promising only one Android OS update for the Nord N20. That means it only gets Android 12, that’s it. Your device is not eligible for the upcoming Android 13 update.
