Sticking to their promise, Oppo has released the Oppo K3 Android 11 Update with ColorOS 11 Beta on July 26th, 2021 for Indian users. Oppo announced this update last month via the July 2021 roll-out plan.
The Oppo K3 users finally got glimpses of the Android 11 features with the ColorOS 11 Beta update. However, the stable Android 11 Update is yet to be rolled out. The Oppo K3 was officially released in May 2019 with an Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box. It received the major Android 10 update in May 2020.

The update is being pushed in batches and will soon be available to all the eligible Oppo K3 Beta applicants.
The official changelog is not available as of yet but most of the Android 11 features are expected to be available in the latest Oppo K3 Android 11 Update with ColorOS 11 Beta.

How long will it get updates?
The Oppo K3 will soon receive two major OS updates with Android 10 and 11. Therefore, it is NOT eligible for the upcoming Android 12 update.
Hence, the Android 11 will probably be the last major OS update on this device.
The Oppo K3 will continue to receive Security updates for this year at least.

How to update your Oppo device with the latest update?
In order to receive the Oppo K3 Android 11 Update with ColorOS 11 Beta, you need to have your device updated to version C.16 and then apply for the Beta version.
Once applied for the Beta, you will receive the update on your device. Then, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Oppo K3 with the ColorOS 11 Beta update.
