The Realme 8 5G has started receiving August 2021 latest Android security patch in India. This update is available for Realme 8 5G user’s Running Android 11 Realme UI V2.0 version and 4g users will have to wait a bit for this update.
The update is available via OTA it will have a staged rollout. It will be going to optimize the image brightness in the rear camera, fixes light leakage issues in the front camera, and of course, optimizes the network connection.

Tengo el el 8 5G de 6GB de ram, y hace mas de dos meses que no me llega una actualizacion.
I think, it will get update soon, As in India its getting updates regularly.
