Realme 9 5G SE: April 2022 Security Patch with A.09 Build

Realme 9 5G Speed Edition Software Update:

Realme has started the staged rollout of the April 2022 Android security patch via OTA for Realme 9 5G SE model. The latest security patch comes with the build number RMX3461_11.A.09 and carries security and system updates.

Realme 9 5G SE was released on 14th March, 2022 with Android 11 out-of-the-box.

It also fixes some previously known issues to improve stability in the system. When it comes to system updates, the company has finally added (More Bloatware) the Ed-Tech giant Byju’s to the device.

Remember, this is a staged rollout. To ensure there are no critical bugs, they are rolling the update in stages. If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed in the upcoming days and will reach all the users soon.

Previously, Realme 9 5G SE: April 2022 Security Patch with A.08 Build this update is the same as the A.09 build, which is quite disappointing from the Realme Team, As they haven’t changed the changelog and just modified the build number for patch fixes.

Realme 9 5G SE was released with Android 11 out of the box and till now, it hasn’t received any major OS updates. Hence, it is eligible for its first OS update i.e Android 12, and it may be eligible for Realme UI 4.0, based on Android 13, so we’ll have to wait for the official announcement.
