Realme GT NEO 2: June 2022 Security Patch with C.06 Build

Realme GT Neo 2 Software Update:

Realme has begun the staged rollout of the June 2022 Security patch update via OTA for the Realme GT Neo 2 model. The latest software update comes with the RMX3370_11.C06 build number, which brings a bunch of new patch fixes for Security, Omoji, Camera, System and App related stuff.

Realme GT Neo 2 was released on 22nd September 2021 with Android 11, Realme UI 2.0 out-of-the-box.

The latest update brings the May 2022 and June 2022 Security Patch, Which Adds an Omoji feature for facial type and decoration of items, the camera gets improvement in a street mode allowing 50 burst shots at a time, and the system update improves the GT mode for better video watching experience.

Coming to fixes, the photo app of the device brings a fix where an issue of photos was disappearing, also there is a fix where in photos was not saving private folder or a hidden section. Finally, there was a fix on youtube streaming where the screen might turn green when you play a video.

Previously the device had C.05 build which had April 2022 Security Patch, It had skipped the May 2022 Security Patch but this update has covered that area, This might be 2nd major patch after the release of Android 12 on March 2022. Note that this is a staged rollout by Realme to ensure there are no critical bugs. It will be available to a few users and with the broader rollout, it will reach the rest of the users. If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed within a few days.
