Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 [2019] Android 11 update
Samsung rolling out the Android 11 update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0. The LTE variant of the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (SM-T295) has started receiving the Android 11-based One UI Core 3.1. This update is launch in a few countries including, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 was launched in 2019 with Android 9 Pie Out of the Box. it receives its first major Android update in August 2020. Now, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 starts rolling its second major update in June 2021. However, this update launch only in a few countries as we mentioned above.
This latest update has firmware version T295XXU4CUF7 and includes the May 2021 security patch as well.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 will receive some common features of Android 11 update similar to other devices, like categorized notifications, chat head bubbles, a new permissions manager, a refreshed UI design, a conversations section in the notifications area, a dedicated media playback widget, better performance and more.

How to download the Android 11 update in the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0
As we already mention that this update is only launching in selected countries, If you are a user of one of those countries then you will receive automatic notification for the update. To manually check the updates you can head towards Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install
If you do not belong to the countries mention above, then unfortunately you have to wait for the update, as it may take time.
