OnePlus 8 Software Update:

OnePlus has started the staged rollout of the C.20 Update via OTA for the OnePlus 8 model. The latest comes with May 2022 Security Patch with C.20 update has been released for Indian, European, and North American regions with their respective build numbers.

OnePlus 8 was released on April 21st, 2020 with Android 10 out-of-the-box, upgradable to Android 12, OxygenOS 12 (as of 2022)

This time, the device does not receive any significant upgrades. The device's performance and user experience have both increased as a result of greater system stability. For security reasons, the Android security patch was updated to May 2022.

As of now, this is a staged rollout. The update will reach a small fraction of users to ensure there are no critical bugs. If no bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed in a few days.
