A piece of good news for the Redmi Note 8T users as Xiaomi has released the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T Android 11 Update in Europe. The update has been released in batches reportedly and will reach all the users soon.
This is a stable update for the Redmi 8T with the device receiving its second major OS update overall. The update brings a whole lot of new and exciting features for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T users reportedly.
The official changelog and the update size details have not been officially mentioned but the size is to be believed of 2.5 GB. Hence, downloading over a stable Wi-Fi connection would be the best option.
The Xiaomi Note 8T was released in November 2019 with an Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T has now received two major OS updates with Android 10 and 11. Therefore, it is not eligible for the upcoming Android 12 update.
Hence, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T Android 11 update is the last major OS update on this device. However, it may continue to receive MIUI updates this year, at least.

Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Xiaomi device with the latest update.
