Realme has started rolling out the incremental update of the June 2022 security patch via OTA for the Realme Narzo 50A Prime model. The latest software update comes with the build number RMX3516_11.A.29 which has brought some improvements in the system and security of the device.
Realme Narzo 50A Prime was released on 28th April, 2022 with an Android 11 out-of-the-box.
The new upgrade doesn’t significantly improve or enhance the device. The device’s security patch was upgraded to June 2022 and it is still running on the same security patch for added security. The device’s performance has been improved by fixing some of the previously reported problems, and system stability has also been improved for a better user experience.
Note that this is a staged rollout to ensure the stability of this update. The update will be randomly pushed to a limited number of users to rule out any critical bugs. If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed within a few days.

Previously, the device was upgraded to June 2022 security patch with A.27 Build on 30th June 2022 for added security. The security patch hasn't been upgraded this time but solves some of the basic system issues. The Realme Narzo 50A Prime came with Android 11 out-of-the-box and it’s anticipated that it will receive an Android 12 update. It may be eligible for Android 13 as well, according to some rumours and estimates, but since the device hasn’t yet received the Android 12 upgrade, it’s best to wait for the company’s official confirmation.
The Realme Narzo 50A Prime Software Update with June 2022 Android Security Patch is being rolled out in phases. Hence, it will reach all the users soon.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Realme device with the latest security/software update.
