OnePlus 8 Pro Software Update:

OnePlus has started rolling out the new C.21 Build with OxygenOS 12 update via OTA for the OnePlus 8 Pro model. The latest Software update comes with build number IN2011_11.C.21 is the second update this month for the device which has brought some system hotfixes and Camera enhancements for a better experience.

OnePlus 8 Pro was released on April 21st, 2020 with Android 10 out-of-the-box, upgradable to Android 12, OxygenOS 12 (as of 2022)

Some minor fixes and changes can be seen in the new update for the system of the device. After enabling the Quick Launch on the device, some of the gesture operations worked abnormally which hindered the performance of the device. Gladly, the issue has been fixed in this update.

Abnormal behaviour of the screen in certain scenarios after locking the device was an issue occurring in the previous update which has now been resolved. System stability has been improved for better user experience and device performance. The Ultra Steady feature in the Camera would frequently crash in certain scenarios which have now been fixed.

OnePlus 8 Pro Software Update:

OnePlus has started the staged rollout of OxygenOS 12 with C.20 Update via OTA for the OnePlus 8 Pro model. With their respective build numbers, the latest update brings May 2022 Security Patch with C.20 build has been issued for Indian, European, and North American areas.

OnePlus 8 Pro was released on April 21, 2020 with Android 10 out-of-the-box, upgradable to Android 12, OxygenOS 12 (as of 2022)

The device does not receive any significant upgrades with this update. The device's performance and user experience have both increased as a result of improved system stability. For security purposes, the Android security patch was updated to May 2022.

As of now, this is a staged rollout. The update will reach a small fraction of users to ensure there are no critical bugs. If no bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed in a few days.

OnePlus has started the incremental rollout of a new OxygenOS C.16 build For Oneplus 8 Pro. The update is live in multiple regions with build version of OxygenOS IN2023_11.C.16 for Europe, OxygenOS IN2025_11.C.16 for North America and OxygenOS IN2025_11.C.16 for Global. All three regions have received updates with different features also this update comes with many optimization and fixes.

OnePlus 8 Pro Software update

OnePlus officially rolled out the OxygenOS 11 Iterative Update for OnePlus 8 Pro with the device getting the OxygenOS 11.0.10.10 along with the December 2021 Security Patch this update also fixes the issues in the UI Display in setting interface, with a fix in Google Assistant and GPay in the Setup Wizard and the low probability issue of WhatsApp crash.

OnePlus 8 Pro was released in April 2020 with an Android 10 out-of-the-box.

Previously it was running on October 2021 Security Patch, which had brought Files by Google app along with the security patch, that's a bit of a new thing in the OTA build, where new apps are getting bundled through a software update.

One thing to note, the community & users of Oneplus 8 Pro are disappointed with the new update even though the update particularly says a fix in the UI display of the Settings Interface.
