Realme C31 Software Update:

Realme has started the phased rollout of the May 2022 Security patch for the Realme C31 model. The latest security patch comes with the build number RMX3501_11.A.29 which has brought some improvements in the performance of the device and fixed some security issues.

Realme C31 was released on 31th March,2022 with Android 11 out-of-the-box.

There are no changes or improvements in this new update. Previously, the device was running on the April 2022 Security patch, but now it has been updated to May 2022 for security purposes. Several known issues have been resolved for the more effective performance of the device as well as improved stability for a better user experience.

Note that this is a staged rollout to ensure the stability of this update. The update will be randomly pushed to a limited number of users to rule out any critical bugs. If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed within a few days.

How long will Realme C31 get updates?

Realme C31 was released with Android 11 out of the box and till now, it hasn’t received any major OS updates. Hence, it is eligible for its first OS update i.e Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0.

It may also be eligible for the Android 13 OS update in accordance with the recent statements by the company but again, we should wait for the official confirmation from the company.
